Marine Discovery Center
Programs are popping up all over the state and throughout the country to recycle oyster shells back into the environment. The Marine Discovery Center works with local restaurants to recycle their oyster shells which helps to create new habitats and restore damaged oyster reefs along with preventing shore erosion.
