We met with the Australis Barramundi team in Boston and New York, where we tried their fish for the first time. Their CEO, Josh Goldman is an aquaculture pioneer and has been in the industry for over 30 years. They did an extensive search to find their Barramundi which has a high fat content that helps to bring out its great buttery flavor. Australis Barramundi is environmentally conscious and has scalable alternatives to promote the recovery of sensitive wild fisheries while raising high quality, nutritious fish.
