Everything Citrus Salmon
This quick and easy salmon recipe tastes fresh from the citrus, and seasoned perfectly form our Everything Kelp Seasoning.
Ingredients:
Dill
1 lemon
1 orange
Barnacle, Everything Kelp Seasoning
Salmon fillets
Olive oil
Directions:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 400F, or fire up the grill.
Step 2 Zest half of the lemon and orange and cut the other half in thin cross sectional slices.
Step 3 Brush fillet with olive oil.
Step 4 Sprinkle Everything Kelp Seasoning, zest, and chopped dill evenly over the fillet.
Step 5 Place lemon and orange slices spread out on top of the fillet
Step 6 Grill or bake salmon 8-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 125 F (when the salmon is done it should turns opaque and separates with a fork).

Sea Verde Guacamole
This recipe is as easy as mashing up an avocado and stirring in salsa! We’ve done all of the chopping and blending of spices for you, just crack open a jar of Sea Verde Kelp Salsa and you’ll find the perfect pair for your ripe avocados.
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup Sea Verde Kelp Salsa
Cilantro
Lime
Directions:
Step 1 Peel and dice avocado into small chunks and mash with a fork in a large bowl.
Step 2 Stir in salsa and garnish with sliced limes and cilantro.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or use it to top tacos, burritos, or quesadillas!

Beet Curry Kelp Pickle Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
12 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Barnacle Foods, Curry Kelp Pickle brine
1 cup plus 1 tsp. white vinegar, divided
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 beet, peeled and sliced into ¼ inch rounds
2 ¼ tsp. salt, divided
¼ tsp. pepper

Barnacle Foods, Curry Kelp Pickles
Directions:
Step 1 Mix 1 cup vinegar, 3 cups water, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, and sliced beet in a 2 quart pot. Bring mixture to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2 While the beets are cooking in the vinegar solution, place peeled hard-boiled eggs into a large bowl or two quart sized mason jars.
Step 3 With a slotted spoon, remove beets from the vinegar solution. Pour the remaining beet brine into the containers of eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, rotating the eggs occasionally to ensure even coloration.
Step 4 Once eggs are sufficiently dyed, remove from beet juice and slice each egg in half lengthwise. Remove and transfer yolks to a medium bowl.
Step 5 Add 2 Tbsp. Curry Kelp Pickle brine, 1 tsp. vinegar, and ¼ cup mayonnaise to the egg yolks. Season to taste with ¼ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. pepper. Mix until a smooth fluffy consistency is reached.
Step 6 Spoon seasoned egg yolks back into the egg whites.
Step 7 Garnish with Curry Kelp Pickles and sprinkle with Kelp Pinch.
