KING KAMPACHI

We visited La Paz, in Baja California Sur Mexico. Co-founder and CEO Neil Simms, showed us their King Kampachi life cycle from juvenile to adulthood. Their deepwater pens are in an environment with a strong water flow – 5 miles out in the Sea of Cortez – in pristine water conditions. The fish are raised without hormones or prophylactic antibiotics and have no detectable mercury or PCBs. They are being raised in Mexico at a cutting-edge operation that has been brought to a commercial scale.
